The Family Health Centers (FHC’s) is a well-established group of board certified Family Practice Physicians dedicated to providing excellent primary health care to residents of Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, Madison and surrounding counties in Western North Carolina.

With a dedicated medical staff of 17 physicians and four mid-level providers (one physician assistant and three nurse practitioners), the FHC’s is pleased to provide a continuum of care in the office and hospital.

The Family Health Centers offers a variety of ancillary services, including:

• Bone Density Studies
• Diabetic Education
• Event and Holter Monitors
• Electrocardiograms (EKG's)
• Laboratory Tests
• Well Child Examinations
• Routine Health Maintenance
• Sigmoidoscopy
• Nutritional Counseling
• Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT's)
• Radiology & X-Ray Exams

We also offer the following:

• Corporate, School, Sports & DOT Physicals
• Routine health maintenance exams
• Well child exams

Our offices are converniently ocated in Arden, Asheville and Hominy Valley. Each location has five or more health care providers, facilitating access for patients requiring routine, follow-up or urgent care in a timely manner
